History:
Well...we don't have much history yet!  Prelisting.com was inspired by a desire to help speed our collective recovery from the foreclosure crisis.  Many real estate markets across the country are facing historic volatility and uncertainty.  With sustained record levels of foreclosure activity,  lenders and asset managers are overwhelmed with properties they need to liquidated in the shortest amount of time and for the highest net price possible.  Prelisting.com is a tool to buyers, agents, and asset managers to accelerate the sale process and help move our industry more quickly to a rational and balanced market again. 

Our Mission:
1) To provide a useful tool for motivated active buyers and investors to find properties and be first to offer interest when the properties are available for sale. 
2) Provide an affordable and effective tool for agents to sell distressed properties in a shorter amount of time. 
3) Help banks and asset managers shorten the disposition cycle of their assets and improve their bottom line performance..
4)  Speed the nationwide recovery from the foreclosure crisis.
